Tato is a free workout reminder app for iOS and Android. It offers randomized exercises via a fortune wheel, custom training sessions, and configurable reminders to help you stay active during your workday.

3. Health Disclaimer

Tato is not a medical application. The app provides exercises for informational and recreational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

You are solely responsible for your physical health when performing exercises suggested by Tato. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

4. Free of Charge

Tato is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no hidden premium features. All features are available to everyone.

5. Intellectual Property

Tato and its content (logo, design, illustrations, code) are the property of Invent Better. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the application or its elements without permission.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

TATO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. EXERCISES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invent Better shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Tato, including but not limited to physical injuries resulting from performing the suggested exercises.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Tato after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
